Cancellation Policy

We understand that things come up, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to reschedule your appointment. Check your confirmation email for the link to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance can be cancelled without penalty.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a 50% late cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will be charged a 100% fee.

This policy helps us to consistently pay our employees a living wage, and we thank you for your understanding.
